Uber has created a platform that allows both drivers and riders to rate each other. Unlike restaurants or hotels where customers can only provide feedback on the quality of sleep, food and staff attitude, Uber makes it fair for both sides.
Every time we take an Uber as riders, we have the chance to rate the experience on a scale of five stars at the end of it. But because it’s also a two-way experience, drivers can also rate passengers at after each successful transit.
“An Uber trip should be a good experience for drivers too — drivers shouldn’t have to deal with aggressive, violent, or disrespectful riders,” the company said in a blog post.
Try Uber and get your first ride free.
To check how drivers thought about their experience with you riding their cars, you can access it using your Uber passenger app. It may be quite a maze but you’ll find it.
